Objectionable Content Policy (ZERO TOLERANCE)

1. Content Restrictions
The Vlazzapp Service allows users to post, upload, and share content (“User-Generated Content”). You agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User-Generated Content that:

* Is defamatory, libelous, or contains hateful or discriminatory speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability.
* Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains “not-safe-for-work” (NSFW) imagery.
* Promotes illegal activities, violence, or the use of illegal weapons.
* Includes harassment, bullying, or threats against other users or individuals.
* Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy
Vlazzapp maintains a **zero-tolerance policy** regarding objectionable content. There is no tolerance for users who engage in the behaviors listed above. If you are found to be in violation of these terms, Joachim Smit reserves the right to:

* Remove the objectionable content immediately and without notice.
* Suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service.

3. Moderation and Reporting
To ensure a safe environment, Vlazzapp provides the following safety features:

* Reporting: A mechanism for users to flag/report objectionable content and users.
* Blocking: A mechanism for users to block abusive users from interacting with them.
* Response Time: Joachim Smit will review all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. If the content is found to be in violation of these terms, it will be removed and the user who posted it will be sanctioned.

Vlazzapp has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the safety of children. In accordance with international regulations and Google Play policies, we strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Explicit Prohibition
You are strictly prohibited from using Vlazzapp to create, upload, share, or distribute any content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children (CSAM/CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

* Visual depictions of child sexual abuse.
* The solicitation of minors.
* Content that sexualizes children or promotes harmful behavior towards minors.

2. Enforcement and Reporting

* Immediate Termination: Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or engaging in CSAE will have their account permanently terminated immediately and without prior notice.
* Reporting to Authorities: Vlazzapp will report any instances of CSAE/CSAM to the relevant law enforcement authorities and international organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
* Content Removal: Any content identified as CSAE will be removed from our servers immediately.

3. Moderation
Our moderation team prioritizes the review of reports related to child safety. Reports of this nature are reviewed with the highest urgency (within 24 hours).

Information We Collect:

* Account Data: Email, and password.
* User Content: Your first name, the text you post and your photo

How We Use Your Data:

* To provide the service and display your content to others.
* To enforce our safety guidelines (moderation).

Third-Party Sharing:

* We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers (e.g., hosting, database) necessary to run the app.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please navigate to the Profile section within the Vlazzapp application and select “Delete Account” (Account verwijderen). Once confirmed, your profile, credentials, and all content you have posted (text and photos) will be permanently removed from our servers.
